Timothy David Sullivan, 22 of Calhoun, was arrested in Rome after reports said he purchased a minor alcohol at a downtown bar.
Reports stated that the alcohol was given to the minor at Peaches on Broad Street.
Sullivan is charged with underage furnishing of alcohol.
