Another teen, Avanty Karena Angelite Milner, 17 of Rome, has been jailed for a brawl on Broad Street that occurred last month.
Reports said that Milner was involved in a fight with dozens others at the town green located at West Third Avenue and Tribune Street.
Police added that she also threatened others using Snapchat.
Milner is charged with affray, disorderly conduct and harassing communications.
