Tiarra Sharnique Palmer, 30 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said she sold heroin to a police informant.
Police added that the drug deal occurred at a location on West 10th Street.
Palmer is charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession of a schedule I controlled
Her husband, Antonio Demarcus Palmer Jr, 31 of Rome, was also arrested for allegedly setting up the drug deal.
He is charged with attempt to violate controlled substance act and parole violation.
