Silver Creek Woman Found DUI After Impeding Pedestrians

Ethen Francis Jeter, 60 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said she obstructed the passage of pedestrians at North 5^th Avenue and Turner McCall Blvd when she stopped over the crosswalk.

Reports added that officers also observed Jeter with a broken taillight.

During the investigation officers stated that Jeter was driving under the influence.

She was also allegedly found in possession of a schedule II and IV controlled substance that was not in their original container.

Jeter is charged with DUI, possession of a schedule II and IV controlled substance, obstructing an intersection and drugs not in original container.
