Keshaun Bernard Lamar Turner, 18 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he, and two others, were found with a stolen car.
Reports said that witnesses at the scene pointed out Turner as one of the suspects who ran from a stolen Toyota Pruis after being involved in a wreck near Myrtle Hill Cemetary.
Turner is charged with theft by taking a motor vehicle.
