Justin Alexander Sparks, 30 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he pulled a rifle on a woman before attacking a man.
Police stated that Sparks proceeded to threaten to kill the female before attacking the man with this fist. He is also accused of kicking in a bathroom door.
The incident occurred at a home on Coosawattee Avenue.
Sparks is charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threats/acts, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, battery and criminal trespass.
