Willie Joe Robert Heath Sr, 50 of Rome, turned himself into the Floyd County Jail this week after reports said he damages a woman’s car when he kicked the right rear panel.
He then proceeded to allegedly cause substantial and visible bodily harm to another person.
The incident occurred at the Hop N Shop on Calhoun Avenue.
Heath is charged with battery and criminal trespass.
