Fredia Denise Hanner, 59, and Serenity Hope Hanner, 17, both of Rome, were arrested at their home on Whitehead Street after an altercation resulted in physical injury to both.
Reports said that the younger Hanner stuck her foster mother in the face causing a visible injury to the bridge I’d her nose.
The older Hanner struck and puller her foster daughter’s hair during the altercation.
Both are charged with simple battery.
