James Robert Abney Jr, 42 of Plainville, was arrested this week after reports said he attempted to break into a steal a Camaro at 3 Shorter Industrial Blvd.
Reports added that Abney entered the car so that he could “take it for a drive”.
Abney is charged with theft by taking, entering an automobile with intent to commit a felony and probation violation.
