Polk County Police have arrested 20 year-old Robert Allen O’Brien, of Hiram, this week after he was accused of raping a 19 year-old woman in Rockmart.
Reports said that the victim, a Cedartown teen, made a report of rape back on July 29th of this year at a home on Grady Road.
O’Brien is charged with rape, aggravated assault and sexual battery.
