Jason Orr, 37 of Kingston, was arrested this week after reports said he physically attacked his wife during a domestic altercation at their home on Blacney Way.
Reports stated that Orr pushed the victim against the wall and threw dresser over while breaking numerous decorative items on the wall of the home.
Orr is charged with criminal trespass and simple battery.
