Bartow County deputies arrested four people possibly connected to a stabbing at a Mac Johnson Road residence near Cartersville.
On Tuesday night, a man stated that he realized someone had stabbed him in his right hamstring during an altercation with a suspect over a missing phone. He then drove away in his truck before running out of gas on Peeples Valley Road at Plantation Drive.
Deputies went to the residence where the stabbing allegedly took place with a search warrant.
After multiple commands, they arrested Cartersville residents 36-year-old Kelly Dawn Hatfield, 27-year-old Kayla Leigh Bagley, 30-year-old Samantha Nicole McElreath, and 41-year-old Alberto Ramon Cajigal for obstructing or hindering law enforcement officers. Bagley and Cajigal also received a felony violation of probation charge.
Cajigal told deputies where the knife used in the stabbing was, and they found it.
The case is under investigation.
