A 20 year-old Dallas man , Xander Heinrich-Edward Von Ewegen, was arrested that Peaches on Broad Street after reports said he was found drinking alcohol.
Reports did not say if the restaurant sold the underage man the alcohol, was given it by someone else, or he brought it with him.
Von Ewegen is charged with public drunk and underage possession of alcohol.
