Jenny Sue Burns, 37 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after repots said she was found in the roadway in front of mailboxes in which she did not own.
Police stated that around 2 am they spotted Burns loitering around 5th 1st Street at Grove Avenue in Lindale. They added that they found her in possession of a fire extinguisher and a large vinyl uHaul sign along with ID and credit cards belongs to other people.
Burns is charged with loitering and prowling.
