Brandon Garner McDaniel, 36 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he was found on property belonging to Cornerstone Concreate illegally entering vehicles.
Reports stated that he was found in possession of methamphetamine and a screwdriving while sitting in the cab of a truck.
McDaniel is charged with second degree burglary, possession of a tool for commission of ac rime, entering an automobile with intent to commit a felony and possession of methamphetamine.
