Kaiitlyn Marquitta Phillips, 36 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she was found with methamphetamine, heroin and needles during a traffic stop at the intersection of East 18th and Crane Street.
Police said that they stopped the vehicle for not having a license plate. A search was then conducted, which led police to find a plastic bag containing methamphetamine and several needles containing heroin.
Phillips is charged with possession of meth, possession of a schedule I controlled substance and possession of drug related objects.
