Dean Martin Hartley Jr, 37 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found with numerous drugs during a motorcycle stop at the intersection of Ga 20 and Morningside Drive.
Reports said that police located suspected marijuana and a clear plastic baggie containing suspected methamphetamines during a search.
Hartley is charged with possession of meth, possession of marijuana and two counts failure to appear.
