Billy Wayne House, 52 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found with drugs after stealing a 2×4 piece of lumber from a home on Carden Road.
Reports stated that House proceeded to sell the wood to a witness.
A search of his property then resulted in police finding a container of marijuana and a glass pipe used for smoking the drug.
House is charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug related objects and theft by taking.
