Jordan Lee Mills, 25 of Lindale, was arrested this week after reports said he grabbed a pregnant woman by the hair and forced her against a car.
Reports said that the act occurred in front of a 1 year-old child at a home on Avenue D.
Mills is charged with simple battery and cruelty to children in the 3rd degree.
