Kimberly Michelle Beard, 31 of Kingston was arrested this week after reports said got into a physical altercation with her elderly father.
Reports said that during the dispute Beard pulled her father’s hair.
After calling police, officers stated that she refused to comply and refused to be handcuffed.
Beard is charged with battery and obstruction of law enforcement.
