A 55 year old homeless Rome woman, Regina Dawn Hampton, Was arrested this week after reports stated she struck a victim multiple times in the face, leaving visible injury.
Police stated that while taking her into custody she was found with a glass smoking pipe containing meth residue.
The incident occurred on Mathis Drive.
Mathis charged with possession of methamphetamine, battery and possession of drug-related objects.
