A traffic stop on Garden Lakes Blvd resulted in the arrest of two Rome men, Kevin Tyrell Jenkins, 41, and Jeremy Charles Fisher, 41, on a drug charge.
Reports said that after pulling Jenkins over he was found driving without insurance. A search of the vehicle led police to find a syringe containing suspected methamphetamine.
Both are charged with possession of meth and drug related objects.
Jenkins is additionally charged with driving without insurance.
