Rickie Shane Miller, 25 of Taylorsville, was arrested this week after reports said he was found in possession of a stolen bank card.
Reports added that Miller refused to comply with officers and had to be forcefully restrained.
Police went on to say that he also gave them a fake name and date of birth.
Miller is charged with financial transaction card theft, felony interference with government property, two counts obstruction and giving false information to police.
