Elma Leticia Yax-Tzunun, 39 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she lied about her identity in order to get a job with Krystal on Shorter Avenue.
Reports stated that Yax-Tzunun allegedly gave the name of Norma Linda Banda, as well as providing social security documents with the name while undergoing the hiring process.
She has been charged with identity fraud.
