Mary Elizabeth Tate weeks, 57 of Rome, was arrested this week after she allegedly attacked her husband.
Weeks allegedly left visible and bloody marks over the victim’s face, along with a blood trail throughout the house.
The incident occurred at a home on Hamilton Avenue back in April.
Weeks is charged with battery.
