Kenneth Michael Yates, 60 of Rome, was arrested at his home on Painter Road after he allegedly placed a woman in fear of her life.
Reports stated that Yates kick a door that the victim was standing against off of the hinges.
Yates is charged with simple assault and criminal trespassing.
