David Michael Millwood jr., 24 of Rome, was arrested this week after acting in a reckless and disorderly manner toward another person at a location on 1st Street and Shannon.
Reports stated that Millwood cursed and screamed in a public place before discharging a firearm in a residential area.
Police went on the state that Millwood engaged in an argument that saw him use his fists to break a driver’s side window of a car.
The alleged incident occurred back on May 18th.
Millwood is charged with Reckless conduct, disorderly conduct, and criminal trespass.
