William Douglas Morris, 47 of Kingston, was arrested this week after police said he was found with drugs while attempting to conceal the identity of a vehicle. 

Police stated that Morris was pulled over on Flannery Street after officers allegedly spotted him driving with an improper tag. Officers stated that the action was done in an effort to conceal the fact that the vehicle had no insurance.

A search of his vehicle led officers to locate a smoking device containing methamphetamine as well as a bag of marijuana.

Morris is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of drug related objects, driving without insurance and concealing the identity of a vehicle.
