Henry Franklin Johnson jr., 35 of Aragon, was arrested this week after he allegedly slapped his mother on the face in front of a small child.
Reports stated that Johnson proceeded to break the victim’s car headlight with a water spout pipe.
The incident occurred t a home on Wax Road back last October.
Johnson is charged with battery, terroristic threats and acts, Criminal Trespass, cruelty to children in the third degree, failure to appear, and probation violation.
