Karo Thomas Zackery Winn, 31 of Silver Creek, was jailed this week after reports said he threatened to kill and cut a woman’s throat.
Reports stated that the victim was terrorized by the threat.
The incident occurred at a home on Old Rockmart Road.
Winn is charged with terroristic threats and acts.
