Cierra Danielle Bagley, 26 of Rome, was arrested this week after repeatedly stalking a man.
Report stated that after the male victim took out a TPO on Bagley she continued to contact him.
Reports added that Bagley sent the victim a Facebook message asking when he went to the courthouse after being served papers.
Bagley is charged with aggravated stalking.
