Justin Carl Beatenbough, 36 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he threatened to shoot and kill a man and a woman.
Police stated that Beatenbough texted and called the threat to the victims before showing up and pointing a gun at the male victim.
He is also accused of violating a protective order that was previously issued against him by the two victims.
Beatenbough is charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threats and acts, two counts aggravated stalking and two counts terroristic threats and acts.
