Steven James Ross Jr, 38 of Rome , was arrested at the Berry Food Mart on Martha Berry Blvd after he allegedly threatened to beat up a 25 year-old male.
Reports said that Ross went up to the victim and threatened to “kick his a**”.
Ross is charged with disorderly conduct and terroristic threats and acts.
