Gary Michael Jenkins, 56 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he attacked a man and woman at his home on Blacks Bluff Road.
Reports stated that Jenkins threw oil on a woman before punching her in the head.
He then proceeded to shove another person against a door frame.
