Gregory Ray Elder, 42 of Lindale, was arrested this week on North Broad Street after police said they found him in possession of drugs.
Report stated that Elder was found with a clear bag containing suspected synthetic marijuana and his shoes.
Elder is charged with possession of synthetic marijuana.
