Terry Clifford Goodman, 42 of Rome, was arrested this week after a search warrant led to police finding methamphetamine and being forced to kick the door down to his bedroom.
Police stated that a search warrant was executed at a home on Franklin Street, leading officers to find a baggie of suspected methamphetamine in an outbuilding. According to Goodman’s girlfriend, he was the only one with access to the building.
Deputies added that Goodman then attempted to hide himself in a bedroom with a locked door, resulting in deputies being forced to kick the door down.
Goodman is charged with possession of meth, criminal trespass and obstruction.
