Timothy David Patnode, 37 of Cave Spring, was arrested this week after reports said he was found with drugs while being stopped in the middle of the road sleeping.
Officers stated that that they observed Patnode sleeping in his car on Alabama Street when they went to wake him and he became loud and boisterous.
Reports added a search led officers to find several glass smoking devices and suspected methamphetamine in the car.
Patnode is charged with possession of meth, disorderly conduct, possession of drug related obejcts and parking in a prohibited area.
