Eylonda Kay Luker, 56 of Aragon, was arrested this week after reports said she called the death of another person during a traffic accident on Wax Road.

Officers stated that Luker was driving too fast for conditions when she wrecked her vehicle back on May 3rd of this year.

Reports said that Luker was driving her 1995 Nissan westbound on Wax Rad near the intersection of Harmony Road around 7:30am May 3rd.  It was there she allegedly lost control of her car, crossed the eastbound lane, and struck and embankment resulting in the car rolling onto the passenger side.  The passenger, 73 year-old Patricia Ann Reddish Jackson, of Cedartown, was partially ejected and pinned under the car.

She was taken to Floyd Medical Center where she died two days later.

Luker is charged with homicide by vehicle in the 2nd degree.
