Matthew David Bryan, 38, David Lamar Bryan, 69, both of Rome, and Audra Latrelle Ingle, 34 of Cedartown, were arrested this week after reports said they attempted to hide the body of a dead person on Blacks Bluff Road.
Police stated that Matthew drove and Ingle rode in a vehicle with a dead person inside while traveling from Cobb County, though Bartow County and eventually ending at David’s Blacks Bluff Road home in Floyd County. The couple then allegedly left the body in the car for several hours while watching a movie and thinking of ways to dispose of it.
David Bryan is accused of knowing that the dead body sat in a car in his backyard while he left to go shopping.
Authorities were eventually notified of the deceased body.
All three are charged with concealing the death of another.
Ingle is also charged with probation violation.
