Alicia West, 41 of Rome, was arrested in Rome this week after reports said she attacked and injured an elderly man.
Police stated that West clawed and scratched the arm of a 65 year old man at her home on New York Avenue.
Reports added that the victim suffered blood bruises from the attack.
West is charged with battery, battery against an elder person and probation violation.
