Gwendolyn Marie Paramore, 53 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she made unwanted physical contact with her daughter during a verbal confrontation.
Reports went on to state that when police arrived she refused to comply with commands.
Paramore is charged with simple battery and obstruction.
