Charles Edward Pollard III, 35 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he sold drugs to a police informant on numerous occasions.
Police reported that on November 6, 2020 Pollard sold methamphetamine to a confidential informant at the Maple Quick Stop on Maple Road.
Reports stated that he sold methamphetamine to the informant back on November 11 2020 at the Maple Quick Stop.
A day after he is accused of selling synthetic marijuana and methamphetamine to another police informant near the Housing Project at the Crane Street Park off Maple Road.
Pollard is charged with three counts possession of meth, three counts sale of meth, two counts possession of meth with intent to distribute, two counts possession of drugs with intent to distribute, possession of drugs near a housing project, and probation violation.
