A homeless 59 year-old Rome man, Christopher Maurice Holcombe, after he was found trespassing at a location on North Broad Street.
Reports said that when officers were notified of Holcombe on the property he refused to exit and barricaded himself inside.
Holcombe is charged with criminal trespass and obstruction.
