James Michael Gray, 20 of Cedartown, was arrested on the 400 block of Broad Street after being in “mutual combat with another person”.
Reports said that Gray and Steven Kelly was seen in mutual combat while putting their health at risk.
Gray is charged with disorderly conduct.
