James Ronald Haggard III, 34 of Elmore, AL, was arrested at Redmond Hospital in Rome this week after reports said he refused to cooperate with medical professionals, leading him to be restrained.
After restrained, officers stated that he was found with a baggie of suspected methamphetamine.
Haggard is charged with possession of methamphetamine and obstruction of emergency medical professionals.
