Brian Steve Jeter, 39 of Silver Creek, was jailed in Rome this week after reports said he drug a woman with a vehicle, causing her to suffer serious injury.
Police added that the car in which Jeter assaulted the victim with had been stolen.
The alleged incident occurred at Redmond Hospital back in June 2020.
Jeter is charged with aggravated assault, theft by taking, reckless driving, driving on a suspended license and probation violation.
