Justin ONeal Floyd, 29 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said that a search of a room at the Stay Lodge on Dean Avenue led police to locate numerous drugs that was packaged for sale.
Reports stated that Floyd was found with a large amount marijuana packaged in plastic containers, digital scales, Xanax and ecstasy tablets.
Floyd is charged with possession of marijuana, distribution of marijuana, possession of a schedule Iv controlled substance, possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession of a drug related object and drugs not in original container.
