Emanuel Puente, 27 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports stated that a traffic stop on Shorter Avenue led police to find drugs and a gun.
Reports said that Puente was pulled over for suspicion of DUI. Once stopped officers stated that they located three THC cartridges, marijuana and a Glock pistol in the vehicle.
Puente is charged with DUI, possession of marijuana, possession of a schedule I controlled substance and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
