Cartersville police arrested Nicole Masters, 43 of Cartersville, this week after she allegedly burned down a 133 year-old home at the corner of Cassville Road and Charles Street.
Reports said that the home was partially torn down and in the process of being demolished when Masters set it ablaze.
Police said that a joint investigation with the Cartersville Police Departments Criminal Investigations Division and the Cartersville Fire Department revealed Masters as the only suspect in this case.
Masters is charged with one count of first-degree arson and one count of second-degree arson.
