Ryan Feeney Stumpp, 40 of Taylorsville, was arrested this week at the Lawrence Junkyard after she allegedly stole close to $400 in merchandise from the Hobby Lobby in Rome.
Reports said that the alleged theft occurred back last September,
Stumpp is charged with theft by shoplifting.
